March 2026 Favorites

March was a month of changes. The good, and the bad, and the unknown. And I feel shaky and unsure of how to proceed. Where it's all heading. But hey, what I can say is I had a lot of favorites this month. So many that I can't even list them all. But let's see how many I can fit.

Tiny Sticker Tale: This was a super cute game where you use stickers to solve puzzles. It's short, but sweet. Only complaint is not having enough space to carry around as many stickers as you'd like. If you get this game, try doing the sisters quest as soon as you can for a bit more space!

No Case Should Remain Unsolved: A short game where you are tasked with solving the mystery of a missing young girl. Has a nice style to it, too, even if it's mostly text.

Degrassi: Watching my favorite show from the beginning for the first time in ages has been so great. Degrassi once was a very big inspiration to me, as well as a very welcome escape during some personal struggles. I'm only on season 4, so I still have many more seasons to enjoy.

Saint Tail: I also finished rewatching my first anime. As you might be able to tell, I've been enjoying some nostalgic comfort shows during the chaos of change.

The Place Promised in Our Early Days: I don't know why I didn't remember more of this movie from when I previously watched it, because it's really impressive. A girl with premonitions of other worlds gets stuck in one. Bittersweet and lovely. Very much my kind of story.

Gris: This is a gorgeous game. Not just in its stunning visuals, but also in its sound design. Might be the only time I felt the controller speaker was used in a way that added to a game. I have occasionally gotten frustrated with a puzzle or two. 😅 Partly because of how zoomed out the game can become to show off its spectacular views. But it's fantastic!
